Good to know before you start
Is DressOS only for dresses?
No. Anything rented by the piece with a booking window works: suits, costumes, accessories, children’s wear. The catalogue is yours to shape.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The console works in any modern browser, and the DressOS mobile app covers the day-to-day: handovers, returns, payments and photos.
How do several branches work?
Each branch keeps its own stock and staff. Owners see all branches at once, and a unit can be transferred to the branch where it is booked.
What happens with deposits and late returns?
A deposit is recorded when the booking is paid and marked returned on hand-back. If a return is late, a daily fee accrues at the rate you set and the booking is flagged.
Is my data safe?
Your business data belongs to you. It is stored encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by roles, and critical actions are written to an audit log.
