Terms of Service

DressOS lets a business manage bookings, inventory, branches, staff, customers and payment records for its own rental or dry-cleaning operation. It is provided on a subscription basis, with Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans that differ mainly in the number of staff seats and features included.

An account is created by a business owner, who is responsible for the accuracy of the business information provided and for any staff accounts invited under it. Staff accounts must not be shared between people, and the owner is responsible for removing staff who should no longer have access. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to create an account.

A business is the sole owner and controller of the customer, booking, inventory and financial data it enters into DressOS ("Business Data"). By using the Service, a business confirms that it has the right to collect and enter this data — including its own customers' names, contact details and sizes — and that doing so complies with the laws that apply to it. Aniverse processes Business Data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

DressOS lets a business record payments it has collected from its own customers (cash, card, transfer, etc.), so it can track balances and revenue. DressOS does not process card payments, is not a party to the transaction between a business and its customer, and is not responsible for collecting, refunding or reconciling that money. Fees for using DressOS itself are agreed separately with each business and are not covered by this section.

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not try to access another business's account or data, or bypass access controls.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is abusive, defamatory or otherwise unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these rules.

The plan, seat limit and any fees for a business's use of DressOS are agreed directly with Aniverse when the account is set up or upgraded. We may change the features included in a plan going forward, and we will give reasonable notice of any change that reduces what a paid plan includes.

We aim to keep DressOS available and working correctly, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may need to suspend it for maintenance or updates.

DressOS — its software, design and branding — belongs to Aniverse. These Terms do not transfer any of it to you. A business retains all rights to its own Business Data.

A business may stop using DressOS and close its account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, non-payment of agreed fees, or if required by law. On closure, Business Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy's retention section.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aniverse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, profits or data, arising from the use of DressOS. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid for it in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify account owners by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use DressOS after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
